Fantasy College Football: Saturday - Week 1

Saturday was all about the Big XII's stable of running backs. In Norman, Sooner fans had to sweat out a 31-24 victory over Utah State. But it appears Oklahoma's running back by committee has gone by the wayside, at least for now. DeMarco Murray (35rush, 218yds, 2td) was an absolute workhorse, setting a career high in carries and breaking 200 yards rushing for the first time in his career. Fantasy College Football: Thursday - Week 1

The Ohio State Buckeyes have not lost to a school from the state of Ohio since 1921. Needless to say, that streak was never in doubt during their 45-7 cakewalk over Marshall. Terrelle Pryor (247yds, 3td) made it look easy, hooking up with DeVier Posey (4rec, 41yds, 2td) for two scores. Brandon Saine (9rush, 103yds, 2td) hit paydirt twice, while averaging 11.4 yards per carry. The Buckeye defense wasn't too shabby either, holding the Thundering Herd to 199 total yards. They would have pitched a shutout if it wasn't for a blocked field goal return in the second quarter. Continue reading for a look at Week 1's current scoreboard:
