Gordon Bombay had two players and a coach in action on Big Monday.
Bill Self and the 5th ranked Jayhawks (-4) emerged from the Octagon of Doom with a 59-53 victory over Kansas State. Unfortunately, Gordon Bombay's Baylor duo did not fare as well.
Quincy Acy (11pts, 5reb, 1ast, 2blk) and
Pierre Jackson (8pts, 9ast, 1stl) only combined for 28.50 fantasy points. That's not a great start to the week, considering his opponent Boiler Up, Hammer Down is averaging 160+ over the last five weeks.
