Fantasy College Hoops: Recap - Week 9
Here are the storylines from Week 9: The forfeits just keep rolling in for a couple of disappointing squads. If only they knew that they had two of the better teams in the league and can still make the playoffs... oh well. Chalmers Chiefers logged their third victory by forfeit over the last four weeks, translating into a five-game winning streak. After winning five of their last six, Boilers (6-3) will meet Crimson & Bluebloods (8-1) in a likely Game of the Week matchup for Week 10. But the biggest headline has to be Neenan's Warriors and their 233+ total points for the week. A team that struggled to put points on the board early in the season, Neenan's Warriors got a healthy dose of good news over the past week. Arkansas announced Courtney Fortson would return to the starting lineup for the first time all season. Now consider Jeremy Hazell's scoring (23.3 PPG), as well as regular double-doubles from Ekpe Udoh and Dwayne Collins. You're likely staring at team bound for the playoffs, after starting the season 0-4... quite the turnaround! Here's a look at the player rankings through Week 9:
