Three players from one game were featured on Monday night. Neenan's Warriors got some decent production out of
Jimmy Butler (15pts, 6reb, 4ast, 1stl) in Marquette's
79-57 blowout win over Notre Dame. Although he rewarded a fellow Golden Eagle with his first start of the season, freshman
Vander Blue (2pts, 3reb, 2ast) went 0-for-3 from the floor and only played 20 minutes. As for the Fighting Irish, they know just how difficult winning on the road can be during conference play. Known for their collective accuracy from behind the arc, they ended a chilly 3-for-16. And their leading scorer,
Tim Abromaitis (10pts, 4reb, 1stl) was blanketed for most of the night.
Here's a look at the current
scoreboard.
