Fantasy College Hoops: Friday - Week 17
When it comes down to crunch time, every owner needs the most out of his players. Unfortunately for Gordon Bombay, DJ Kennedy (32pts, 9reb, 7ast, 1blk, 2stl) was firmly planted on his bench for St. John's 90-82 triple-overtime victory of DePaul on Friday. Kennedy's 32 points were a career-high, draining 7-of-9 from behind the arc. Missing out on huge games from bench players is always a huge disappointment. But Gordon Bombay never gave Kennedy the opportunity to start. Despite averaging 15.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists, he never cracked the starting lineup. I won't dwell on this blunder in roster management too much, but no team had a player of Kennedy's caliber riding the pine the entire season.
Here's a look at Week 17's current scoreboard and the playoff bracket.
