Boilers needed all of his remaining three starters to blow up. Step #1:
Quincy Pondexter (34pts, 10reb, 6ast)... Check! Knowing that Boilers' dream of a championship was up to him, Pondexter erupted with a career-high 34 points against Oregon last night. The monster double-double was his largest scoring output of the season by far. 'Q' completely redeemed himself for last week's dismal 9.75-point performance. So there is still a glimmer of hope for Boilers, the hands-down favorite before the playoffs began.
