Fantasy College Hoops: Saturday - Week 2
Saturday's games were crucial for Ad astra per aspera, who trailed Sutton & Sons Saloon and Pharmacy by 25 points. But Vanderbilt's John Jenkins (28pts, 2reb, 1blk, 2stl) and Indiana's Cody Zeller (23pts, 5reb, 1ast, 3stl) combined for 54 much-needed fantasy points. Sutton & Sons will rely on a Tar Heel duo on Sunday to try and counter-punch their way to a Week 2 victory.
The long wait is over for The Iron Men as well, with only one player in the books prior to Saturday's games. A couple of Big East veterans helped slice into The Phoggy Doggs early lead. Cincinnati's Yancy Gates (17pts, 8reb, 1ast, 2blk, 2stl) and Louisville's Kyle Kuric (17pts, 6reb, 3ast) held up their end of the bargain. He'll need his last two players to average over 30 fantasy points, Draymond Green and Tyler Zeller are more than capable of pulling it off.
Here's a look at the current scoreboard.
