Fantasy College Hoops: Thursday - Week 3
Thanksgiving Day marked the midpoint of Week 3. And the epic battle between The Phoggy Doggs and Gordon Bombay continues to impress any onlookers. Slow and steady has been the theme so far for The Phoggy Doggs, and that trend continued on Thursday. Wake Forest's Travis McKie (20pts, 6reb, 2blk, 2stl) played with a ton of confidence against Dayton, although in a 76-80 losing effort.
The Phoggy Doggs won't need too much effort to come up with what they are thankful for on Thanksgiving. On the heels of a triple-double, Connecticut's Shabazz Napier (23pts, 2reb, 7ast, 3stl) was surprisingly still available in free agency. The newly acquired guard buried four 3-pointers against UNC-Asheville while remaining an elite a high-level distributor with seven assists.
Fellow Huskie Jeremy Lamb (23pts, 6reb, 2ast, 1blk, 1stl) continues to let his play do the talking for McDonnell's All-Americans. They find themselves in a slugfest with Nosotros Creemos, who are eyeing a 3-0 start to the season.
Here's a look at the current scoreboard.
