Fantasy College Hoops: Wednesday - Week 3
Although my analysis might be biased because I have a dog in the fight, the Game of the Week is more than living up to the hype. Gordon Bombay is hungry for a 3-0 start, and continues to pile on the points. Syracuse's Kris Joseph (20pts, 10reb, 2ast, 3stl) came up huge with a double-double against Virginia Tech. And Ohio State's William Buford (23pts, 3reb, 6ast) helped put the pressure on The Phoggy Doggs, who have their work cut out now.
In his first appearance in McDonnell's All-Americans' starting lineup, Georgia Tech's Glen Rice (23pts, 6reb, 1ast) had a dazzling debut, hitting 10-for-12 shots against Siena.
It's been a one-man show for Chocolate Thunder, and his name is Jared Sullinger (17pts, 12reb, 1ast), logging his third double-double in the last six days. But with little to no help from his teammates, Sullinger's production might go unnoticed as Chocolate Thunder struggles to score every week.
Wednesday's top scorer was Colorado's Andre Roberson (11pts, 13reb, 3ast, 4blk, 1stl) from Nosotros Creemos. The swing guard continues to rebound at a phenomenal rate, and appears to be a 6th round steal so far.
Here's a look at the current scoreboard.
