Fantasy College Hoops: Friday - Week 8

The Game of the Week is still up for grabs, but it's been extremely ugly so far. After averaging 40 fantasy points in his first five starts, Seton Hall's Herb Pope (13pts, 6reb, 6blk) has only scored 36.50 combined over the last two weeks. With most of Boiler Up, Hammer Down's players struggling to score, head coach Mike Krzyzewski and #5 Duke (-21) easily covered the spread against Western Michigan, delivering some much needed production.

Continuing the Duke-theme, Seth Curry (22pts, 3reb, 4ast, 1blk, 2stl) and his season-high 22 points gave McDonnell's All-Americans a chance against Gordon Bombay heading into the weekend. And freshman Austin Rivers (20pts, 4reb, 2ast, 2stl) padded Neenan's Warriors comfortable lead over a slumping Ad astra per aspera squad.

Friday's top performance belonged to Missouri's Marcus Denmon (19pts, 3reb, 5ast, 3stl) of The Hammer. He scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half, helping the #8 Tigers survive 75-68 against Old Dominion and remain unbeaten at 13-0 on the season.

Here's a look at the current scoreboard.
