Fantasy College Hoops: Wednesday - Week 12
The Iron Men got off to a roaring start on Tuesday. "The Dancing Bear", Michigan State's Draymond Green (22pts, 14reb, 6ast, 1blk, 1stl) was a eating glass for the Spartans against Minnesota. Green has snared 10+ rebounds in Michigan State's last six games. The appropriately named senior also shot with extreme confidence, finishing 9-for-11 from the floor.
Two former Player of the Week recipients went head-to-head on Tuesday night. West Virginia's Kevin Jones (26pts, 14reb, 3ast, 2blk) from Nosotros Creemos and St. John's Moe Harkless (23pts, 13reb, 1ast, 3blk, 1stl) Tom Selleck's doppelgänger combined to shoot 21-for-41 and each snagged 13 boards. Also of note, both Jones and Harkless played all 40 minutes. Although Jones won the battle, breaking the 50-point mark... Harkless won the war, as the Red Storm snapped their four-game losing streak with a 78-62 victory over the Mountaineers.
Other top performances include Ohio State's Jared Sullinger (20pts, 13reb, 2ast, 2blk) in the #3 Buckeyes' 78-54 win over Penn State. And Providence's Vincent Council (26pts, 10reb, 9ast, 3stl) flirted with a triple-double against Pittsburgh.
Here's a look at the current scoreboard.
